I was deceived into contacting a company this this unnecessary third party. Zero reason to EVER use them. I didn't realize it was giving my information to a company that would duck me in the *** all day every day... Whatever it is.. crooked and dishonest.

Bad customer service. Literally no customer service
- - I was to be contacted by a Tile rep, but no one followed up.
- - There is no direct way to contact Tile.
I was supposed to have been contacted back by a Tile rep since there is no way to contact them directly. No one ever followed up.
Typically, no one follows up. Tile provides useless, worthless, nonexistent customer service.

Never Again
- - Denied a return on $400 tiles just past the 60-day policy.
- - They'd rather lose a customer than be flexible.

The Tile Shop never gave me a refund for my return. I ost over $400
I loved this store until I was denied the right to return over $400 worth of fully boxed tiles because it was a few days past the 60-day return policy. They would rather lose a lifetime customer than be slightly flexible in their return policies.
This is a poor business practice! The contractor took slightly longer to complete the project than expected. The former assistant manager, Sandy, would have helped me.
Now I know why he left this company.I am done with them. Beware and go elsewhere to buy your tiles.

DO NOT PURCHASE BELOW STANDARD PRODUCTS
- - The tiles chipped and fell apart after installation.
- - Mold under tiles, a floor crack, and awful service; don't purchase.
The garbage i purchased from this place immediately after a shower they chipped and fell apart. I squeegee my shower stalls so that water/soap doesn't stay on the tiles or glass enclosure.
Soap build up is a no. I used a rubber squeegee and as i went down the wall the crap chipped so easy. It was ridiculous. I have black mold and Mildew as well, under the wall tile and the shower floor tile.
There is a crack in the room floor from stem to stern as well. I called them after the first week and they were awful. I had to go pick up some other garbage which was just as bad not to mention paying more money to install the replacement and removal of the old garbageI am currently renovating my once beautiful bathroom in such a short time it makes me sick. All the money spent is down the drain.

now im spending more to redo the whole thing. DONT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THE TILE STORE

- - Switched from Android to iPhone and can’t access Tile account.
- - Password was wrong, reset codes were sent, and I still can’t log in.
Had Android.Got new iPhone.Tried going into my tile account but said password was wrong.I sent an I forgot password.Was sent numbers ,I inputted these but kept telling me I already had an account. Wouldnt let me change password to get in.

Preferred solution: To get into account and change from old phone to new phone. If that can’t be done, I already ordered a new tile as was frustrated with not getting in. Also ordered a tile for friend which he didn’t know.

- - Seven boxes of the wrong color tile were shipped; the right tile was sent after a call.
- - The driver tried to take back entire order, causing delays.
While we were pleased with the Tile Shop itself and the help we received when we accepted delivery we noticed that they packed seven boxes of the wrong color floor tile. After a phone call it was resolved and they sent the tile that we ordered.
However, the delivery company that they utilized had a driver/delivery person that was totally incompetent!!! He was supposed to take back the seven boxes of the wrong color tile but attempted to take back the entire order including our wall tiles and grout!!. I told the driver six or seven times not to do it and had to resort to threatening to call the police if he stole the wall tile we had paid for previously. The delivery slip stated the seven box delivery and pickup - not a 22 box pickup!!
The guy didn't even read to slip!! After about one hour and calls to both the delivery company and the Tile Shop the issue was finally corrected.
However, it did take a whole bunch of yelling to get the driver to listen. If you buy from this store please be careful of the delivery so that you don't have to go through what I had to.

Not good quality of tiles
Bought over 8,000 dollars of tile for my house, and they send me a different one wasn't the one I had to pick at the store.
They said they had changed vendors and keep the same tile number for the new tile. The tile is porcelain made with a very rough material and doesn't have any shine, so it is very hard to keep it clean.
My Tiles came from Turkey .
So beware when you buy something from Tile Shop that you receive what you paid for. style="background-c
